Dr. Timothy S. Mallard is a Strategic Ethical Advisor in Modern Warfare with over 30 years of specialized leadership in strategic thinking and military ethics. A former Colonel in the U.S. Army, he has served as an Assistant Professor and Director of Ethical Development at the U.S. Army War College and is now a Visiting Research Fellow at Durham University, United Kingdom. With a Ph.D. in Theological Ethics, extensive field experience, and certification as an Army Strategist, Dr. Mallard is an expert in helping organizations navigate the ethical challenges of modern warfare, moral leadership, and organizational resilience. His new book is entitled Moral and Spiritual Injury in War: Russo-Ukraine, Israel-Iran, and Beyond.
